1000% tax? Why not 1000% buyback?

I guarantee you, a majority of gun owners would hand rifles over for a 1000% buyback. Not all semi-auto rifles but the response would be overwhelming. The Dems believe jn free money. Maybe for Ukraine but not “for the kids.”
